The perfect place for our family to get a couple of days skiing without breaking the bank. The original room we were booked in was not fully cleaned, so the front desk person promptly gave us a new, clean room right next to the original one. She was working by herself that night and handled all of our and it looked like everyone else’s needs with grace and ease. We will be back.

Older hotel in great location

This Hotel is old and showing its age but it’s affordable so it’s a balance. The fifth floor room we stayed in had beautiful mountain views, but the room was not clean and was a disappointment. The mini coffee pot uin our room still had the old used coffee filter pad in it, which was disgusting in the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The hot tub was enjoyable and the location was excellent and convenient. Easy access to the interstate & close to the outlet stores.

The bathroom sink handle came off if you turned it right. The laminate floor around the toilet was completely warped. The floor was completely saturated in old urine and smelled completely awful. It was very unsanitary.

The hotel was very run down. Flooring was buckled and falling apart in our room. It looked like it may have been water damaged a long time ago. There were mildew stains under the caulk in the bathroom. The hall had a funky odor.
The bed was comfortable enough and the linens were decent.
Check in was not very friendly. Didn’t greet us, just looked at us until I said I was checking in. Then he poked around on his computer, gave us the room number & the standard info about the restaurant. No smile, no “have a nice stay”.

The hotel was very dirty. There was stains on the beds. There was very minimal breakfast. Bagels and cereal only. They had a waffle machine but provided no batter. Over priced just because of ski season.
