Never never again…money back
I have NEVER stayed in such a dirty and really used suite..The whole hotel needs an upgrade/renovation!
I have taken several pictures and will make sure the CEO and others see them!
We ALWAYS stay where we have lounge access (you pay for that) but when we checked in, we were told the lounge was closed until January 5th!!..not the slightest compensation we got (you normally get that, even if you are not a "member")
The internet didn't work (so we used our own GB/wifi..water you had to ask for..coffee machine didn't work (got a new one)..no minibar..no wine glasses (you had to ask for)..no corkscrew etc., I could go on!
Normally when you stay and pay for a suite, you can check out later on departure, also without paying!!...but the reception told us that now that we were staying in a suite, it would cost us 50 dollars per hour!!!(because we stayed in a suite)!!I've never heard anything so stupid, it should be free for that reason!!...the hotel's service and standard is a big failure, and we should get compensation for our experience..because our stay was not worth the money at all, we will come NEVER again to stay at a Marriott hotel..add.
Have booked through booking.com for 2872 dollars including tax and fees for the entire stay.
Can see that I have already paid about 3000 dollars and even more is to be paid I can see on my Platinum account!! about 600 extra dollars for what.....add..such a stay should cost half that!! and yet it didn't want to be.
