Beds are comfortable and hotel has breakfast. Not the best but ok. If you want your room clean tell the front desk.
We were there the weekend. Saturday night was kinda sketchy out. Many men out there smoking and screaming with loud music in one of the cars. There’s men living in one of the rooms next to where we stayed.

Really disappointed with the after service. The propety was great but midway throughout our stay they emptied our room whilst we were out due to an admin issue there end. Our belongings were packed away in black bags and held, they moved us to another room when we returned and the problem had been solved but they offered us a refund but after following up they are now going against their word. Really disappointed as the initial service was fine, the situation was stressful in another country with a 3 month and it is just a shame they've not honoured their word.

The hotel was fine, overall. It was the little things, like dirty hallways/stairwells, the mediocre breakfast, fuzzy tv channels, damaged awning and deteriorating blacktop. Mediocrity is what seemed to be the average at this hotel, not excellence.

okay for the price. The Evening reception Girl and Guy was super great and helpful. Breakfast was basic, choice limited.
They did not inform us that they were going to clean the AC, the Day time reception said they did inform us, and did not apologise or anything, basically said I must have missed it!! NO apologies from the reception. We had already stayed there for few days at that time - and No one had informed us, the room had not been cleaned for 3 days, No one had put a sign on the door or anything.
So the AC cleaners, as they refused to leave and come back later, as they had a schedule, so they came into the room while my kid were sleeping ( and yes I do have pictures of it). So that was NOT great.

Had a good stay at Suburban Studios Tysons Corner. Would have been nice if there was a fitness center. Bed was comfortable and furniture was brand new. Room had a large fridge, freezer, microwave and kitchenette with a two burner stovetop. The continental brunch while appreciated was fairly basic and lacking healthier options. While the room had been updated it is obvious the building is on the older side and there was some sign of a leak which had been hastily patched. My biggest complaint was the room wasn’t well insulated and the cars parked right outside and people sounded very loud inside lets the room. The grounds were clean and well kept and only a block or two from the Metro station and capital bikeshare. Lots of restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. Definitely an older motel but for the very low price I can’t complain!
