Made my trip back home so fun !
when the hot water finally came back on, he had the whole lobby clap for the plumbers as they left. no joke — the entire lobby was clapping, it was actually really cool. never seen anything like that at a hotel. mad respect to the GM and desk for carin that much.

Great Hotel, Staff and Management
The hotel beds were comfortable, the check in staff was friendly and efficient and the coffee in the lobby was excellent. Location for the hotel was stellar and we had a great trip in Des Moines.

The area around the hotel is real nice too—lots of places to eat and shop. Even with the hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
