Very clean, easy check in and check out. There was a wedding, so was woken up a few time with people talking loud in the hallway. Also, the pillows were soo hard, so if you do not want a stiff neck in the morning, bring your own pillow.

So loud. No quiet hour apparently. People were up and loud until 1am and all I wanted was sleep. It was obnoxious. And the hallway had a small odor of marijuana.

The beds are comfortable. My only problem was that there were ants on the bathroom floor and out by the vending machines.

It was very helpful to have all the amenities under one roof you could go from the hotel all the way down to the convenient store with a restaurant and seprate lounge, and gift shop along the way. And never have to step outside. The pool was nice. The hot tub was comfortable everything seemed clean. The shower had hot water and water pressure! The only negative was we had to get keys for one of the rooms 2 separate times because they stopped working. The hotel staff was good about giving us replacements.

Hotel, pool, and breakfast were good. The issue came at checkout when the bill was more than what was quoted when i booked the room. Front desk played dumb and tried to say it was a tax when the base rate was higher. Told to take it up with hotels.com, they couldnt contact the hotel and no resolution. Eventually got a credit for the hassle from hotels.com.
Reading the reviews this seems to be a chronic problem and nobody will step in and fix it.
