Almost perfect stay!

Our stay was great cleaning room and hotel. Friendly staff. Our only issue was on day two we noticed the blankets on our beds were moldy and the cleaning staff stuff us that's just how they look, we then asked her for a new one and she never brought it.

The hotel was nice but they were completely understaffed for the multiple dance competitions in their area for the weekend. They constantly ran out of pool towels. The breakfast was so so. My room was freshly mopped when I walked in which is nice but the cleaner was so strong we couldn’t stay in the room.

Very disappointed!!

Understaffed, the front desk receptionist was also the bartender. 12 guest standing in line. Lobby was cold and windy. Continental breakfast was served on cheap paper plates or paper bowls. Selection was minimal. One apple between 30 guests. I couldn’t believe I was in a Hyatt. What has happened to Hyatt quality?

This hotel is currently going thru some much needed renovations. The 24 hour bar and food cafe was lacking in supplies, beverages and food choices. I am chalking it up to the renovations going on. Connor the manager was very helpful, energetic and went out of his way to accommodate us for services that were lacking and under renovations. He is a gem. We travel to this hotel 1-2 times a year and will be happy to see all the wonderful finished renovations next trip.

Amazing customer experience

Haleigh was the best host ever. She treated my mother & I with so much warmth and care. She talked to us while we had a drink, and made us feel so welcome & real. It made us both feel at ease, and she is one of the most professional and amazing people I’ve met at a hotel. It was awesome to see. I appreciate her, and everything she did and continues to do.
