Great holiday
Large spacious house - 7 pieces with large well-kept garden and nice pool and patio.
Located in the countryside but only 10 - 15 minutes walk to the sea, downtown with shops and lots of restaurants. Bring a flashlight when you go home in the evening, lighting is missing on the way to the accommodation.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Happy to go back.

Lovely relaxing stay. Very peaceful area
We stayed here as a family of 4 for a week during the first week of August. We loved the villa ( we stayed in the villa with the indoor pool) it’s huge. the gardens surrounding the villa are gorgeous. Staff were very helpful & the villa has everything you need. The only problem we found we the glass doors that surround the pool area were hard to open and shut. It would’ve been nice to have them all fully open but this wasn’t possible as some of them didn’t slide across properly. Apart from this everything was perfect

Lovely villa
We booked last minute via Hotel.gr and service was excellent. Travel operator called several times to check everything was ok. Organisation was very efficient, particularly the welcome. Several villas are on a site close to Platanias - we were there in late August and it was quiet as not all were full. Lots of space and pool was a great size for our family. The road leading up to the villa isn’t in great condition and not lit at night, but it’s only a five minute walk. Staff on site were really friendly as well. Loved it.

Wonderful Staff Property Needs Repairs
We stayed at Caldera due to a last minute cancellation from another waterfront Villa. We want to thank the very helpful staff, Ms. Roula, Ms. Jenny and Mr. Neti for their responsiveness to repeated troubles with the actual buildings. Without them, the stay would have been very difficult. The Villas are large and spacious and we moved from Villa Zeus to Villa Hermes, which has a complete indoor pool. Both Villas have indoor BBQ's which we thoroughly enjoyed. The outdoor space is wonderful for the children to play and the quiet area is very safe and peaceful. Unfortunately, Villa Hermes is in need of repair. The electricity went out twice, with the circuit breakers malfunctioning for extensive periods of time. Another AC unit dripped so much water to cause a hazard while another AC dripped significant water on our children while they slept to wake them up, a significant safety hazard. Again, nice location, large spacious Villa and wonderful staff, but the Villas do require updating/repairs.

Perfect place to stay in Platanias
We have stayed here 6 years, normally for three weeks. The houses are really nice with pools outdoors and inside. It is quiet, but still close to the city and beach. You have your private parking. The hostess is Fantastic ! Book a Chef to cook in the garden, its recommended and the price is good. Our favorite place in Crete.
