Excellent
The hotel, the Laguna restaurant, the service, everything was excellent. The food was very tasty and of excellent quality Special thanks to Stefan, who contributed to our pleasant stay. А wonderful place to relax.

5 star fatal stay
5 stars are only for charging you an additional fee of 7.5 euros per night per person, for which they don't even issue an invoice.
The rooms are dirty, cramped, neglected. No duvets, just dirty and smelly blankets. Frowning receptionists.
A monotonous breakfast with low quality products.
For dinner, they mainly use frozen foods, which are put directly on the grill.
Not once did I see fresh baked or fried fish.

Perfect hotel for us on Mykonos
We loved everything about this hotel. It is a small, boutique hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful service. The view is glorious! We loved the location…you could walk to the town and harbor easily…we even walked to Bar180 and saved 72E (an uphill climb but only .6 miles. Tip: transportation in Mykonos is expensive…36E in an Uber no matter the distance, and more for a taxi or car service, so location is important. Our room was lovely and the shower was great! Truly enjoyed our stay.

Disaster!
We had booked this hotel room for 9 days and also paid. After two days we just wanted to leave.
In order:
When checking in, the staff doesn't think it's necessary to get up
Promised welcome drink = O
Rooms worn out
Bathroom, see photos
Lying by the pool too little
Breakfast is better in a youth hostel
On Feb. Day the room was not tidy because we did not want to be disturbed until 12.00. Response from the reception: If the sign hangs on the door by 12.00 noon, cleaning will not take place that day.
There are several 5 star hotels on Thassos that are all better. This is DEVINITIVELY not a 5 star hotel. Maximum 2.5 stars.
So if you want to get angry, this is the right place.

A beautiful reality
Great hotel but 5 stars just not. First of all TV although working all with Greek, Bulgarian, Romanian channels one BBC in English and none Italian
Missing the coffee machine in the room not for espresso also the one with nescafe, fixtures a bit 'old and presence tub. All critical issues. But there are many positive things:
- beautiful beach with umbrellas and towels provided. Great bar service on the beach but get lost on the beach that is not cleaned (never seen anyone the 5 days) and you risk finding dirty
Great breakfast buffet (more for continentals so salty) and great for dinner with a good "recycling" to not waste food. Excellent desserts.
Cleaning excellent rooms and especially excellent reception always available and courteous co Sara who although Albanian speaks excellent Italian since she studies in Italy. Unbelievable that the reception ramp is clogged with cars and when I arrived I parked in double row. Of course the clientele is 95% Eastern Europe and therefore the hotel is oriented towards. Them. High wine and beer prices ....
However, it has a high value for money (great and well maintained swimming pool with pleasant presence of 3/4 cats) and therefore I especially Recommendation to visit the beautiful island of Thassos. Indispensable car.
