Set in a newly built Perissa property, there are some self-catering apartments. All apartments offer free Wi-Fi. An outdoor pool with hot tub and a sun terrace is featured, while the beach, restaurants and cafes are just 300 metres away.

Loved it
Loved staying here at villa Georgia. The pool was so beautiful. The room was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending. Beach is a short walk with plenty of restaurants and most with free sun beds on beach too! The nearest supermarket is also a short away, and the bakery!

Perfect tranquility
Villa Georgia is our ‘go to’ place in Santorini. We have enjoyed many return visits here.
The family are so kind and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
The studios are large and airy. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and regular clean sheets and towels.
Each studio has a kitchenette with sufficient cooking facilities to make a meal. Private veranda with table and chairs overlooking the pool and fields beyond.
Lovely well kept gardens with Pomegranate trees and olive trees. Rosemary, mint and basil in the herb garden.
Great little swimming pool - regularly cleaned.
Villa Georgia is set in a perfectly placed area of Perissa, 4 minutes walking to the beach, bakery, bus stop and supermarket.
A very peaceful calm and tranquil place to be.
Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay in Perissa
I stayed with a friend for 7 days. Villa Georgia is absolutely spotless and well maintained, rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is pristine and such a peaceful place to relax and catch some sun. The garden area is pretty and idyllic. The owners are friendly and helpful (their daughter speaks the most English). We spent the majority of our holiday here, we did intend on going to the beach but felt there was no need as we had everything here and it was so nice. We were able to call for taxis to take us to Fira and Pyrgos and the taxis were ever so reasonably priced, €20 to Fira, €15 to Pyrgos and €30 to airport. The drivers were friendly and offered us tips on where to visit and what to see.
It is a 10 minute walk perhaps to Perissa beach and restaurants. 10/10 would like to stay here again. I would mention that as it's so quiet here it may not be the best place for children as there's nothing to really entertain them but for adults seeking relaxation it can not be faulted.

Terrible...all I can say
This property villa is very poorly managed. They like to have paying tourists, but they don't like tourists...Just send the money, don't come! Their attitude is very obvious against foreigners, and you can see it on their faces, when you spoke with them, as they don't hide it and make "faces" for every requests. We need to ask regularly, every day, for double-milk cups for coffee. The breakfast is only ONE choice, same very day, no changes. The soap provided is like 2 euro coin size, and is unique, use it and it gone... The towels are like sand-paper, you remove some skin while you dry off! Specially after you get some sun burn... Better to get some sun burn, than use those towels. They didn't provide a receipt for our cash money when we pay at the end of the visit, for breakfast and other thinks, even if we asked them. They just simple lie to us, as they don't want to give any receipt for the money...I guess black money works for them better! The main lady, I guess the owner, is always "sour" and "mad" on us, with a very poorly attitude and no communication at all. They provide a transfer transportation from/to airport, and they told us the charge will be $20 for one way. We had one friend coming the 2nd day, alone, and we payed $20 for her. But on our way out, on the last day, we were requested $25 for the same way to airport...the asking reason was that we are (3) people now! How about when our friend was take form airport? Why she didn't pay just $10? Don't go there!!!

A lovely, quiet place to stay in Perissa.
Extremely well-kept, nice roomy apartment, modern bathroom, friendly hosts, all surrounded by a small but beautiful garden.
Having breakfast under pomegranate flowers was very pleasant.
