The Best In Tripoli

Although this hotel is in pretty much original condition, it is a landmark, perfectly located with balcony rooms overlooking the big town square, the rooms are clean, the staff are great, there's parking onsite and it's a budget price range. Great for a few nights if you're wanting to explore Tripoli and the surrounding area. Wonderful to sit out the front in the evenings, with a brand new bar operating this year, and enjoy a drink and a meal whilst watching the locals going about their daily life.

Unacceptable hotel

Many problems in the room:
You dirty asshole, you hate walking in socks.
One glass for a couple, and that's dirty. The bottom of the shower was excessively cracked, from the spiral running water with closed tap, in the bathroom there was no heating was frozen. The toilet wing is not properly applied to the pelvis. The walls were dirty of the room. The room lighting too low for hotel. The employees who are not responsible for these tried to help us with some of these problems with politeness but it was not enough for us. The only positive was the breakfast that was quite good and the staff that was polite and served us in everything that passed by their hand.
Whoever is in charge of this hotel is unacceptable!!!

If you don’t smoke, don’t stay here. The room we were in reeked of cigarettes. It was like sleeping in an ashtray

A very good hotel in Tripoli!

The Manila Resort is located in Areo Square. We only stayed one night. The room was amazing. The decoration very nice and the bathroom also comfortable and clean. Breakfast meets all tastes. Fresh fruit, dairy, cereals, nuts, croissants, brothels, eggs, juices, coffee, tea.... And others I don't remember. We paid 70 euros for a back double room.

We have stayed at the Mainalon Resort Hotel many times over the years, including shortly after it had been renovated. Little to no maintainence work has been done in the intervening years, and the hotel, while quite conveniently located, looks tired in all areas - the guest rooms, the corridors, and common areas. The hotel could use a "refresh."
