Excellent with some issues that can be fixed
Pool water not somehow checked in a timely way and had to be closed.
The hot tub got emptied but accidentally not refilled.
The health club often has the music turned up dangerously loud and has weights that clang together making barbell lifting very noisy for everyone.
The beach bar water from the hose tasted like ocean water- rather concerning.
I hope management will be made aware of these issues at this otherwise lovely full service resort hotel.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. The pool closure and hot tub issue are being addressed with our maintenance team to ensure proper and timely checks moving forward. We also appreciate your comments on the gym environment—volume levels and equipment use should never compromise guest comfort. Your note about the water at the beach bar is also concerning and has been forwarded to our operations team for immediate review.

2 night stay
Checkin: we arrived early. No early checkin and they wanted to charge a whole nights rate if we wanted to checkin early.
Parking: Tasi room comes with private parking which is conveniently close to the rooms.
Room: The room was recently redone and was nice but the shower was bad. It would always spray water out and leave big puddle on the floor. The maintenance couldn’t do anything about it.
Breakfast: both at the buffet breakfast and tasi lounge was just continental with no vegan options. After some discussion with the chef they made a pasta for us. Not very vegan friendly. Definitely not worth spending for breakfast much better options close by
Cocktail: on the second day they made special vegan wrap which was very nice and we greatly appreciated it.
Location: no direct beach access but beautiful ocean views
No special benefits or recognition for Hilton gold members.
Overall average stay. We stayed and Westin for another two nights and we preferred that hotel and they provided better recognition for silver bonvoy member

We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the comfort of your recently renovated Tasi Ocean King Room and found the private parking convenient. That said, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shower issue and are sorry that our breakfast offerings did not meet your dietary needs. While we’re glad our culinary team could accommodate with a custom vegan pasta and wrap, we agree that more inclusive options should be readily available, and we’re taking steps to improve in this area.
