Unbeatable Location
The staff were phenomenal, they took care of every need you have and kept my room clean and hygienic while also adhering to its environmental goals. Amenities are plenty, so if you forget your toiletries, don't fret, the hotel has you covered. Will stay here again in the future/

Very nice hotel at great location
As we have a young child, I emailed them a few times before our trip and their response was so quick and I had no stress to comment with them at all :)
The hotel is located near JR Mejiro station, only a few minutes walk, and there are so many useful shops between the station to the hotel, such as convenience stores, chemist, restaurants and cafes.
Our room was spacious and even we requested a baby cot in the room, we still had plenty of space. Room is not brand new but it’s maintained well. Only complaint is the bathroom needs to be cleaned more. There was a bit of dust around the water tank of the toilet and the toilet itself can be cleaned better.
Our plan included breakfast and we actually enjoyed them. Breakfast is served at a restaurant called “Gusto” in the same building and buffet style. They have a variety of food, Japanese style and western style and lots of choices and they tasted great.
I’d highly recommend this hotel and Id love to stay there again on our next trip to Japan.
