Excellent Georgian hospitality

Very reasonably priced hotel. In bit of a backstreet in the town but it's a 10 minute walk to the centre. Very friendly welcome from the owner, in fact, on departure was given a bottle of his home made wine! Delicious. The rooms were modern, spacious and had everything needed. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Superb breakfast - highly recommend it - all local produce. Also will cook evening means but didn't try this. Easy parking in the street outside, you can park in the hotel grounds if you wish for added security - but really not necessary. Pleasant inner courtyard for sitting out in the evening. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place for the velue

The hotel is situated in the heart of the town, but the place is very quiet. Malkhazi, the host, is a nice person who is both pleasant and communicative. They offer nice breakfast.
The hotel is clean and Cousy. Rooms are nice. I strongly recommend the place.

Lovely family hotel

Family hotel, very cozy, spacious room with everything you need, colorful and welcoming owner Malkhaz, everyone is very friendly, there is a patio where you can sit and eat your food. Delicious rich breakfast, it was a pity that we only stayed for one night! The bathroom is quite cramped, but the room is large, there is even a sofa with a table and a balcony. There was no hairdryer in the room, you have to ask at the reception. Everything is very clean and cozy. I am happy to recommend this hotel!

Must have!

One can feel like home at this open-hearted host! He and his wife are a great team and they made our stay unforgettable. He even helped us finding a workshop for vulcanisation to solve our flat tire. He drove through the whole city with us . In the evening we had been sitting in his winery to chat and laugh together. We will keep contact with them!

Exceptional place where we’d love to come back

Great hotel with very nice accommodation, extremely friendly staff and very tasty food. Our room was very cosy and clean, all the furniture was new, it felt like home. The outside territory was so nice with a beautiful garden over there. Our dinner and breakfast were very delicious. When we are back in Akhaltsikhe, we stay there again for sure
