Property with a great location

I stayed at this property for two nights in Nov 2023 with my family. This is the third time I am staying at this property. It is a great property both from the point of room upkeep, facilities provided and location. The owner Mr Sunil Babu and his wife, go out of their way to make the guests comfortable by meeting requests of the guests, such as linens, blankets, pillow, water, etc etc. The ideal location of being bang on the main road and close to Fort Cochin is a major plus. Also there is a kitchen/pantry area if one were to make their own coffee/tea or a quick bite. Only negative point would be that the rooms are on 2nd floor and one need to climb them with luggage which would be inconvenient for senior citizen guests like me and my wife. But this is more than overcome by service provided by the Mr Babu with a clean/tidy rooms.

Nice home stay , very affordable and clean

We stayed for 1 night. Staff were lovely, and easy to find. Sadly no food was included. We had to order in separately which even though was offered to us and easy to do we decided against it. We were looking for a proper home stay situation where someone in the house cooks but no problem.
It was extremely affordable and comfy beds plus a clean room/ bathroom so what more could you ask.
It’s slightly far out from the main tourist place but obviously plenty of tuks tuks everywhere to get you around.

Pleasant and comfortable

The room was comfortable. Facilities such as the shower and WiFi worked well. Water bottle is complimentary. There is a small kitchen with a watercooker, a table and chairs, container with drinking water. You can make tea or coffee here (no stove) and prepare something to eat. Friendly helpful manager. Security is good
Location on busy Jawahar road is not bad, but not in the middle of the historic Fort area. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and heats up considerably during the day. The advantage is that it is quiet.
It is more a place where you rent a room.

Nice Experience

We visited Fort Kochi in the month of March, 2019. We stayed in CL Dreams Homestay for 2 days. It was a very nice experience. It has been almost 2 years. But we still reminisce those days. The owner Mr. Sunil Babu and his family helped us a lot to explore Kochi in just 2 days. They are very helpful, cordial, and we were amazed by their hospitality. We wish to get back there in future also.

A Great Experience

This was my second stay at CL Dreams Homestay. I was travelling alone. Like always, they were more than happy to host me. The best thing about the place is the wonderful family who are going to host you. The delicious breakfast is another good reason for anyone to consider this place. Trust me, its yum!!! The owner has a workshop downstairs. You may ask him for bicycles and motorbikes if you need to. They are very helpful and will take care of everything one might need. The rooms are extremely comfortable and not very expensive. I would recommend this place to everyone.
