A Memorable Stay and Outstanding Hospitality

During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the food and the staff's hospitality. The culinary offerings were diverse and delectable, showcasing a blend of local and international flavours that delighted my palate at every meal. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made the experience even more memorable, as they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care created an inviting and welcoming atmosphere, making my stay exceptional.

not a valued property

this is only property available in the heart of the city . not a good property. they keep one towel in room . you need to ask for one more. it is almost like a lodge.break fast is good. very old rooms. not yet renovated. if any thing is not available ,better stay or search for alternative.

Living insect in drink. Disgraceful attempt to brush it off. Stay away from this hotel

Terrible experience with this hotel. At the restaurant, there was a living insect in the beetroot juice that I drank and fortunately I spat it out in the nick of time without swallowing it. I took a video of the still struggling insect on my plate and showed it as evidence to the staff and asked for action. They took my number and said their GM will call me. As I had to catch an appointment, I left. There was no call from anybody and while I reached the checkout counter the next day, I realised that nobody was made aware of the incident and there was an attempt to brush it off. To make matters worse, the front desk manager, was very rude in his tone, and instead of apologising for the trauma caused, shrugged it off saying, "it is only a fly, that too only in the juice, not in the breakfast. And we have nothing to do with it, as it is in the restaurant and your stay in the room is not affected". Does that summarise the arrogant attitude and complete disregard to customers? Never ever stay at this hotel which gives two hoots to its customers. Disgraceful!

Disappointing

Although the staff was very friendly, the room was not clean. The bedsheets had wholes and the bathroom was quite moldy. The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the staff were also very friendly. My room was toward the road, so it was quite loud until late.

Four star property with 1.5 star service

Four star property with 1.5 star service. We stayed in a Suite for a week. Spacious and clean. Great value. Breakfast was excellent and staff there was attentive. Front desk is an another matter. Chaotic at best. They say yes for any request and no follow up. Can easily be improved by continuous training program.
