From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, and Kak Levi assisted us with the check-in process. Kak Levi's service was very satisfying and truly memorable. Thank you so much, Kak Levi for helping my family celebrate my daughter's birthday and gave me free upgrade room My first impression of InterContinental Dago is very satisfying.

1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

Mr. Gian and Ms. Rista gave the best service ever. My son got a little bday surprise. The room was clean, neat, organized. Will be back again for sure . Overall this is an unforgetable experience in bandung . Love love love it so much!!!!
