Cash and debit card payments are accepted at check-in for the full amount of stay. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required when paying by cash or debit card and will be fully refundable upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The hotel reserves the right to preauthorise cards anytime up to the guests arrival date. The guest will be contacted accordingly from the result of the pre-authorisation. Failure to not arrive for your reservation will result in your total reservations being cancelled and the card on file will be charged accordingly. This is called a 'No Show'. If you have booked more than 1 night, please contact the hotel directly to advise if you will be a late arrival to the hotel to ensure that your total reservation will not be marked as a 'No Show' and cancelled from our system. Bookings during the Christmas period will be required to provide a deposit or full prepayment in advanced of the arrival date. The guest will be contacted directly in relation to this Christmas policy if this applies to the reservation. Please note that this payment is non-refundable. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation, regardless of whether a confirmation email has been received by you due to any overbooking, pricing or hotel system error.
