Holiday in a fairytale place of yesteryear
Excellent location beautiful village, rooms with an ancient flavor spotless. The restaurant below great service, excellent quality, super meat, the bar in the square amazed me x courtesy and super aperitifs, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic.

Fabulous place
Fabulous place, very cozy, clean and cared for in every detail .. I was there at the beginning of January, they welcomed us very well. Since our arrival the girl who is at the reception made us feel immediately at ease, very helpful and nice, not to mention the massage after a quiet stop in the relax area .. I will return for sure. Highly recommended!

A charm!
We stayed at this wonderful Relais in Gualdo Cattaneo which had been recommended by friends. It was a beautiful discovery! Great food, quality raw material cooked by Chef Viaggi impeccably. A smiling staff that pampers you from the first moment to the last, even at the Bistro. The gem is the Spa. A very elegant place where privacy and relaxation reign. We had a wonderful couple massage, to be repeated! Highly recommended place! We will be back

ORRIBILE!
I write to review my family's visit to this relais.
Specifically, for the experience they had in their bistro.
I state that the village is lovely and quaint, dinner, was booked about a month and a half ago (perhaps even earlier), as part of the gift, for the wedding anniversary, of our elderly uncles.
we are asked, to choose a single set menu, so as to facilitate the kitchen, since there were 17 of us!
Appetizer consisting of 4 slices of cold cuts, of poor quality, thrown into the plate without the slightest care.
As a first course, pappardelle with wild boar sauce, which arrived, FREDDE DI FRIGO, (certainly the sauce had been taken out of the fridge and put on the pasta).
We, stunned, sent all the dishes back, of course.
As a main course, mixed grill. Literally, 3 pieces of meat, anything but "grilled", I would say, rather, boiled and inedible and a cold vegetable.
Now, astonished, we ask to speak to someone about the kitchen.
The owner joins us, who, with a very rude and full of himself, responds, to our complaints, with a " and what could you expect, with only 25 euros each" (excluding drinks), (we consumed wine from 28.00 per bottle) ? We would have been prepared to pay even more if we had been guaranteed BETTER treatment.
I would add, that we paid, the bottles of wine consumed the children's sandwiches, and that sort of IMPROPOSABLE appetizer.
In the morning for breakfast we had a budget of 5.00 per person, I asked for a croissant and a juice, but at the table I am brought a cappuccino, (not required), as the juice was not within the budget!!!!!!!! Apart from, that, I would have paid without problems, the difference... but, again, I was neither asked nor satisfied.
Really, we were speechless, for the whole unfortunate situation.
Certainly, in this place, you can find in abundance: disservice, discomfort and rudeness.
We're not coming back.

MALEDUCAZIONE le faccio un riepilogo di come sono andate le cose con tanto di testimoni :
Siete arrivati al Bistrot domenica pomeriggio chiedendo dove fosse l'albergo precisiamo che come da descrizione siamo un B&B diffuso e non un albergo quindi mi chiedo quando si effettuano prenotazioni on -line generalmente si vede sia dove si prenota sia il luogo di dove si va vi vengono richiesti i documenti per fare i check-in e da li già vi scocciava dare i documenti come se altri alberghi o B&b non ve li avessero mai chiesti, vi vengono consegnate le camere e ci si lamenta perchè non vi era l'ascensore e ripeto quando si prenota è buona cosa documentarsi o chiedere prima come sia la struttura , vi riprendiamo dopo che una dolce donzella fumava in camera dicendo che nella nostra struttura non accettiamo di fumare nelle camere da letto e anche li una polemica infinita peccato che il 99% delle strutture non facciano fumare in camera , vi mettete sui tavoli e divani del Bistrot a consumare bottiglie e salatini portati da casa come se nulla fosse e noi per non continuare ad esasperare la situazione ve lo abbiamo permesso cosa inaccettabile mettersi fuori un locale sui tavoli destinati al consumo del bar pretendere di mangiare e bere prodotti portati da casa , via mail chiedete in virtù del 60° anniversario un menu da 25€ a persona escluso i bambini vi viene risposto che al Ristorante non facciamo menu da 25€ e se volete in virtù del 60° vi possiamo proporre un menu al Bistrot lo accettate peccato che al momento in cui vi siete accomodati pretendevate di BERE DEL VINO PORTATO DA CASA cosa che non si è mai visto neanche pensare di andare a chiedere una cosa simile e anche li una polemica infinita per poi finire nel dire NON PAGO nullA IL CIBO FA SCHIFO premetto cibo che altri commensali hanno gradito, l'indomani della vostra uscita delle camere lamentarsi per avere sconto sulle camere e buttare le BOTTIGLIE PORTATE DA CASA IN MEZZO ALLA STRADA ora lo sa quale è stato il problema principale ??? Il non chiamare le forze dell'ordine dopo tutto quello che avete fatto durante la serata e questo il vero problema perchè il titolare oltre tutto aggredito da voi e ripeto AGGREDITO con tanto di testimoni da gran signore oltre a non farvi pagare il dovuto della cena non vi ha fatto allontanare dalla struttura e chiamato le forze dell'ordine perchè era sbalordito del vostro comportamento è stato questo il vero problema cara CLAUDIA e ringraziamo i clienti abituali che sono rimasti tutta la sera li impauriti dal vostro comportamento a rimanere per vedere se le cose degeneravano quindi oltre il danno la beffa fa lei l'offesa io le auguro con tutto il cuore di incontrare a lavoro persone come Lei e chi si comportino come avete fatto voi sabato sera insultando addirittura chi lavorava per rendersi conto della gravità di quello che avete fatto e ripeto tutto con tanto di testimoni .
Detto ciò ci dispiace per le due persone anziane che magari meritavano una serata migliore
