Vacation

Clean room, friendly staff. Good breakfast, various desserts, a little lacking in salty foods. To be in Italy I would use some local cured meats. Good restaurant, the first tortelli with potatoes seasoned with good butter and sage. Lacks a bit of variety in the meat. However I recommend it.

Courtesy, kindness, cleanliness, excellent cuisine, wonderful staff, strategic point for visiting one of the most beautiful places in the world, the Casentino. Thank you for these 5 days, I felt at home!

la cosa che ci fa più piacere di tutta la Sua bellissima recensione è "mi sono sentita a casa".
Quando l'Ospite sente questo tipo di sensazione vuol dire che allora tutto il nostro impegno è ripagato e ne siamo veramente felici.

Pleasant hotel but noisy

Friendly reception staff but noisy hotel. Floor are tiled which means people dragging their suitcases at all hours and walls paper thin so you can hear everybody walking the corridors. Cleaner came to our room at 9am when we were still in bed. Nicely situated 5 min drive to the main village in the hills which has stunning views of the tuscan countryside. Lovely pool however was closed as out of season but still able to sit on sun loungers for a couple of hours

Pleasant weekend

Hotel a few km from Poppi castle. Deluxe room with castle view, large and clean. Breakfast varied, plentiful and good. Helpful and kind staff. Clean and well maintained swimming pool which is definitely an added value of the hotel. I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in Poppi

Decent food slow service

Ate in the evening as walk in customers at a hotel. Always risky in a normal hotel. Food proved to be of a decent standard if a little over priced. Service was slow with waitress showing more attention to single male travellers than perhaps she should have done. Nevertheless food was reasonable and at a pinch I'd go back
