We arrived on Sunday evening and got a shuttle bus to the hotel for 3 Euros. It was a short walkable distance from the airport but we decided on the bus as it was dark. At the hotel we were warmly welcomed by the young female receptionist and given rooms next to each other on the third floor. The room was small but perfectly adequate. The bathroom and toilet were in separate frosted glass cubicles. There wasn’t an iron or kettle in the room but I was able to get complimentary hot water from the restaurant in the morning. A digital safe was provided. I did find the AC to be too cold for me but they were able to switch it off from reception which suited me. I didn’t have the breakfast but my friend did and was happy with it. I believe it was around 8 euros which is remarkably cheap. I had a quick look at what was being offered and it looked quite extensive to me. The hotel is about 10 minute walk away from Linate airport and metro station. I personally found the location ideal as it’s such a short journey into the central area by metro where you can visit the usual tourist spots. I found this hotel to be very convenient and met my needs. I would happily stay here again.

Business trip to Milan

Were in this hotel with my husband in August 2024 for five days. When choosing a hotel, we did not notice that the hotel is located very close to Linate Airport, so take this into account when checking in. The sounds of planes taking off can be heard very well, so if you're sleepy, don't choose this hotel. Also bad soundproofing in the rooms. There's not a single store near the hotel. The nearest metro station is 1 km away.
Our room was on the 5th floor. There's no fridge in the room! The washbasin is right in the room. The bathroom is very uncomfortable-- little space. Because of the bidet, knees rest, pardon, in the door. There's no tray in the shower. Water pours into the room. The curtain above the bed was holed.
Pros: comfortable large bed, safe, free Wi-Fi.
Good hearty breakfasts on the buffet system. There's a small swimming pool on the property, which really pleased us. At the bar they pour a delicious aperole for 5 euros. Room service every day.
In general the hotel will be suitable for 1-2 nights clean overnight. No more.

To forget and never come back

An experience to forget. Breakfast inedible, poor quality. The scrambled eggs I wanted to take - they were practically raw (with lots of liquid in them) - I had to leave everything. The coldest room. After warning about the temperature they said they turned it up but nothing changed. In the booking message (2 or 3 January) they wrote me the price for the shuttle 3€, at check out they said it was 5€. I show them the message - they say “well it was our mistake” and so why do I have to pay for your mistake?? They said "very professional" - eh if not pay us 5€ - we do not call any shuttle, you can take a taxi or Uber. Horrible service! I never return and above all I will tell all my friends about this magnificent experience. Bye-bye.

10 in Rudeness

10 in disorganization and rudeness.
I'm coming in for a dance internship, there's about a hundred of us. At 12.30 I am told that the check in will be ale 14, 100 people at 14.... also with a rude tone. Normally there should be an organization for us to check in as we go. Unquestionable that certain jobs require empathy with customers. I highly recommend this hotel

Egregia Sig.ra Paola, si merita un 0 in comprensione!, forse non ha capito che l'evento NON e' organizzato dall'Hotel ma dalla società' a cui lei e' associata. Da noi il check-in e' sempre stato, sempre sara' ed e' pubblicato in ogni dove, ALLE 14:00. Se il VOSTRO organizzatore, vi promette champagne e caviale all'arrivo, vi promette una suite Presidenziale, e vi informa su orari SBAGLIATI, PRENDETEVELA CON LUI!. L'hotel si limita a vendere alcune camere e la sala conferenza a questa organizzazione, poi sono loro a GESTIRE L'INFORMAZIONE, gli orari, e quant'altro.

A few minutes walk away from the hotel. Clean and tidy. Friendly people at the reception. Breakfast box for people to take if they leave early morning before breakfast opening time (6am). I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
