Good location, Clean rooms, Friendly staff
Very clean, nice sized room.
Good temperature control in room.
Nice layout for bathroom and shower
Rooms are quiet.
Very nice restaurant and bar.
Across the street from the hospital - this was very convenient forour stay.
My only suggestion is to have more lighting in the room. The room was a bit dark.

Nice but loud
Pool is nice.
Breakfast is good.
Can hear the music from the bar though from around 9pm-2am and this is tricky when trying to sleep with kids. We were on the 4th floor.
Overall probably wouldn’t stay again due to this.

We take guest comfort seriously, and I regret that the sound levels during your visit did not meet our usual standards. Please know that we have strict protocols in place to ensure the music volume from the bar is kept at a predefined, acceptable level. I will address this with our team to prevent similar disruptions in the future.
