Hotel is not bad, but far from 3 stars... howerver the great staff makes up for the lack of comfort of the hotel. Staff if frendly and very helpful. They go out of their ways to assist and it is greatly appreciate

This hotel is not in the best of condition. When I first entered the building, it seemed old and outdated but once you go to the rooms, there is stains on the roof tiles, and most are misaligned. The room was very small and was outdated as well but the thing that caught my attention the most was the stained toilet. If I had a toilet in that condition, I would have replaced it or at least repainted it so it didn’t look so dirty.
The staff was great and if you are only there to sleep, it’s fine. It’s on top of a laundromat and it is very noisy. Couldn’t hear much on the 3rd floor so if you go to bed early, make sure to get the 3rd level.
With all this being said, this isn’t the worst one I have been to but I will be trying another the time time I go to Whitehorse.

I would not recommend staying here at all. I stayed overnight for a field course, it took 20 minutes to check in and there's also a $200 security deposit they kept in the small print until you arrive. The room had stains on all the sheets, the shower did not work and there was no main light in the room, just a bedside lamp with a broken pull cord, so you had to unplug it from the wall to turn it on/ off. This all led me to feel unsafe and unclean. Other people stayed in town in other places for the same price and had better experiences.

Just don’t stay here. Unsafe area, had a person walk into the hotel and threaten to kill the front desk clerk while I was checking in. The walls are paper thin and I was woken up multiple times by just the loud water noises in the walls. Room was dirty and bed was uncomfortable. Find somewhere else.
