The hotel swimming pool will be closed for maintenance on the Wednesday of the third week of every month. Breakfast is served for a limited number of guests daily, so the availability of on-site purchases may vary by date. Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Hot tub, etc.Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.Sunbeds are allocated on a first come, first served basis and two sunbeds are available per room. Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the Swim tubes with a diameter of 1 m or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached. Executive Lounge services included the room rate will provide the following services: 1. Express check-in/check-out service. 2. Breakfast (06:30–10:00 on Mon-Fri, 06:30–10:30 on Sat-Sun and public holidays). 3. Afternoon tea (15:30–17:00). 4. Happy Hour (18:00–22:00). 5. One-hour free use of the meeting room. *Simple meal service (brunch) and beverage take-out service are not available. Guests may invite up to two non-in-house guests to access The Executive Lounge with additional fees (except from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays). *Customers should be at least 13 years of age to access and use the lounge.※ The Hotel may choose to replace breakfast at The Executive Lounge with breakfast at The Parkview, depending upon current circumstances. Guests will be notified of any change at check-in. UnionPay cards can only be used at the hotel as consumption and cannot be used as a deposit.
