Ideal to rest and have an excellent location in PDC

Place with an excellent location if you are planning to take tours of the entire Riviera Maya, access is through the beach, to locate it, guide yourself through the Chapultepec brewery and it is all the way to the bottom, the neighbors are ogts and said they didn't know it, so Be careful with the location given on the maps.
The attention was very pleasant from “Marvin” we arrived at night and he gave us the keys to check in formally the next day; It included breakfast, so we left with something in our stomachs to go to the parks.

In general terms good

Entering from the beach is somewhat uncomfortable. Regular breakfast. The room is fine. The bathroom is fine. The people who served breakfast did not give everything that was included. You had to ask them for the fruits and toast
But they had a good disposition

Decent stay

Overall our experience is ok but there’s definitely some pros and cons. We are 2 adults and 2 young kids(under 4 years old) and they did not have crib but they did put us in 2 beds so we made it work. The entrance is not really convenient for people who has younger kids because you have to go into the beach to enter the hotel. We had to fold our stroller everytime we go in and out of the hotel. For breakfast that’s free, the morning server told us ‘milk cost extra’ for our kids to drink so I ask about juice so he asked his manager and finally gave the kids juice. Once we tipped him, his service was much better afterwards. The beach in the front of the hotel is super rocky!! Definitely not suitable for swimming which we did not know and you have to walk about 3 mins to the beach where there are no rocks. Nice location and price if you are looking to be in center of the town and beach front. But not so good if you are looking for a beach to swim and have young kids.

Cockroach infested

Place is infested with cockroaches in the room and outside, found bugs in our bed, no refund policy won't let you see the room before paying. Door wouldn't lock, window broken. Poor quality everything. Room was disgusting. Best to stay away.

Location its good, but the hotel entrance was always flood it so you most remove your shoes to get inside the property.
The pictures of the property DO NOT MATCH the reality. really old furniture, TV works very limited. I like the breakfast included with the price. Lobby or just a room at the entrance works until 10pm after that the security. guard take care of you.
I cannot said that the hotel is bad but is far from the pictures.
