Excellent service

I have stayed in Ratna Hotel various times and I have found excellent service in the hotel and staffs are very friendly and co-operative. Hotel is situated in good location, so I highly recommend this Hotel and room rate is very reasonable. Food is good too.

Very poor support

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days 16.06 23 to 18.06.23 . Thye added false bill in my food bill and take money from me. As I checked after coming to India, I found that they have taken extra money from me by adding false bills.When I followed up by calling, his manager Mr. Keshav Yadav told that the mistake happened by hotel and we will refund your money. But still I haven't got my money back. Total amount is NPR.1998. As details below . I recommend , pls.do not stay at this hotel.

Naam bade aur Darshan Chotte

The rooms are not at all clean. The AC does not work. No one picks up phone at reception. There is no auto power back up, had to come downstairs at 2.30AM to wake up the guard and ask him to start the generator.
Go stay in a budget hotel instead of here atleast you wont regret paying more for poor facilities.

Friendliest staff, very clean and new building

Dad and teenage daughter stayed here for 4 nights as part of a Habitat for Humanity Australia Group and were thoroughly happy. The Ratna Hotel had the friendliest and most attentive staff. The hotel is quite new and was very clean. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, working air con, excellent Wi-Fi and breakfast was mix of Nepalese and Western food. The highlight of our stay, other than the staff, was the wedding that occurred in the Carpark next door. A fun addition to our stay and one that we'll always remember. Only thing that could have been improved was mosquito control in the lobby. There were no mosquitoes in the room but there were in the lobby. Would recommend this hotel to those staying in Biratnagar.

Hotel Ratna

The new sector of hotel Ratna is excellent...casino also very nice n full of entertainment.....mainly the bord meeting room n banquets r unbelievable...the total buildings interior is fully imported .mainly the hospitality n staffs n management r heart touched.....specially G.M.....P.S.bhattacharya....
