Great hotel!! Definitely recommended
For the second time my boyfriend and I stayed at the Parkhotel and again the weather was very pleasant! Everything was taken care of to perfection: clean, tidy and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and very extensive – a perfect start to the day with DELICIOUS croissants!!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
This hotel is absolutely recommended. If we go to The Hague, this is without a doubt where we stay!

Avoid like the plague. The rooms are ridiculously hot and we woke up after our first night covered in small bugs. I went down to reception as I was worried about bed bugs and was moved without anyone even asking if I was ok or if I needed my clothes to be laundered. After being moved, we woke up absolutely covered in bites so whatever it was was also in the second room. On check out, I brought it up again and showed a video of live bugs as well as my arms which were covered in bites. I was told a manager would call me in an hour and they never did.

Clear recommendation central location
The location of the hotel is perfect! Nearby is the Royal Palace. Everything was within walking distance wonderful to reach. Facilities of the hotel were also very good. Staff very friendly. Breakfast more than typical Dutch. Parking garage is also in close proximity.

A beautiful hotel. The service staff were welcoming and always friendly. The breakfast was perfect and the rooms spotless with everything you need , including a coffee pod machine and iron. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. I could give it a perfect score but they have blocked the tv from casting from my tablet and using my firestick so there is little choice. I travel constantly and as I’m single I enjoy watching a film later at night. I’ve never encountered this issue anywhere. Yes I know it’s not very important to anyone else .
Get used to the large square hard pillows. It’s the norm in the Netherlands and Sweden etc. I find it difficult to get comfortable with them.
From an eco point of view I do wish hotels would leave guests the choice of not cleaning the rooms every day with new towels etc. The cost of staff, washing etc must be crazy. I stayed four nights and would be happy to tidy my own room every other day perhaps. At least give us the option.
