Maaaring limitado o hindi available ang pagkain at inumin sa accommodation na ito dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19). Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), mahigpit na ipinapatupad ng accommodation na ito ang mga patakaran sa social distancing. Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), mandatory ang pagsuot ng face mask sa lahat ng indoor common area. Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), gumagawa ng hakbang ang accommodation na ito para tulungang pangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng mga guest at staff. Maaaring mabawasan o hindi maging available ang ilang service at amenity. Depende sa availability ang parking dahil limited ang space. Travel Protocol Age allowed 18 and above years old, only FULLY VACCINATED OF COVID VACCINE. Kindly send us copy of your vaccination card and bring the original copy as well. * Identification card is needed (with address) for proof of residency. * Boat transfer from parking to resort - Open time: 8am to 6pm only. (Strictly arrival time) NO NEED FOR TRAVEL PASS. Boat transfer from parking to resort - Open time: 8am to 6pm only. (Strictly arrival time) Resort Jeepney transfer - Open time: 8am to 8pm only. Guests can come to the resort as early as 8am to enjoy the facilities. Front office is until 7pm only. Health Declaration and Body Temperature upon arrival at the resort. Standard Room check in time is 2PM. Standard Room check out time is 12noon. All special requests like room bed configuration and room requests are subject to availability. Hotel Room- one queen size or 2 single beds, all hotel rooms have bed bunk. Forbes Suites- 2 queen size Limited facilities available. (Outdoor Facilities- Open Time: 8AM to 12NN and Waterfront Facilities- Open Time: 1PM to 5PM) Free Parking is first come first serve basis. (Pay parking is P300 per car for overnight parking) Allowed to bring a small pet. WIFI connection P100 per unit per night. Allowed to bring chips, juices, mineral water and cake, fast food light meals only (packed light food). - Sharing of food is not allowed. Meals and snacks orders should be advised as early as possible for the preparation. Ordering of meal addons like dinner/breakfast should be advised before 4PM and lunch before 10AM, snack until 6pm only. To order kindly contact our Front Office. Buffet is not allowed yet, all meals are packed and utensils are disposable. Ride facilities availability is subject to change. In case of heavy rain, defective equipment, etc. Please bring, mask, face shield, alcohol and an umbrella. The Water Station is located in the lobby. Free coffee is for those who have breakfast only.
