One night at the ibis Clermont-Ferrand

While visiting Clermont-Ferrand on our return from vacation, we booked at the Ibis Inn in Clermont-Ferrand. Welcome at the top by the Director of the establishment, very comfortable room and bedding +++. Breakfast very well provided, in a large room with neat decoration.

Ibis......

It's a low-end Ibis. The room is clean, the sleeping very good, perfect hygiene, there is an elevator. The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality, parking is large and private. Big downside, the bathroom is tiny and to get cold water it takes ten good minutes to run. Fortunately the quality of the welcome saves everything so friendly and helpful the staff. The neighborhood on the other hand is mostly reminiscent of 9.3, Parisians will understand.

Suitable as a milestone

Pass through yes - OK for one night.
My sons stayed at this hotel on the trip south. You can do without all the luxuries.
There is free parking and the rooms are IBIS typical small.
Transport connections very good.

Top night and king breakfast

Room booked for a couple return from vacation.
Excellent warm welcome, with perfect advice.
The QR CODE for choosing services is just "great"
Delighted with the room and bedding that allowed us a real rest after a little cocktail at the Inn bar.... really top!
Panagrastic breakfast, lots of choices, everything is delicious.
The decoration is very "zen" and with great taste!.
Really pleased with our stop at Ibis.

Very poor

While on holiday we were disappointed by our room. Bad bedding, holed sheet, toilet paper 1st Award, very little insulation between room and hallway, worn shower head.
We had hesitated to have breakfast but to our surprise, it was very decent with choice and fresh produce.
Our poor Rating and room based.
