Delicious meals
Booked this hotel with HP through a hotel agent. Our experience: Very friendly reception staff as well as the waiters and maintenance staff.
Beautiful Empire style room and spacious bathroom that were perfectly maintained every day. Also includes a balcony overlooking the park.
Lots of choice at breakfast and one could pour a glass of cremant elsass. The daily menu in the afternoon is very tasty. The four-course menu in the evening is also perfectly prepared and beautifully served. The wines are well selected. In summer, you have the opportunity to eat your meal outside under the grapevines.
A minus is the parking. The hotel car park has 1 parking space for disabled people and +/- 6 /7 spaces for small cars. We were always back early from our trips to have a parking space in the close vicinity of the hotel.

Weekend with meals and breakfast
the room clean but unfortunately one shutter out of two operate ,furniture bathroom tape (a little glue instead less visible) shower tap wanking mostly misses a towel dryer.
high rental price of bathrobes and towels (30 euros for two a day)
correct spa area just quickly saturate when the hotel is full
breakfast and meal satisfying compared to the price just lacks scrambled eggs at breakfast.
friendly staff

Our opinion is about the restaurant, very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, very welcome, the proposed meal was hearty and very good, starter, main course ,cheese and desert, waiters listening and cordial, small room very warm and in Alsatian style during the Christmas holidays

Not hopeless, but disappointing
We had booked 2 nights for 2 half board.
The welcome was pro and smiling. The discovery of the room already less exciting... small on the surface, and so generally clean, some spider webs inaccessible remained as in the corridors by the way. The closet door or a hook need maintenance, in short not first class. Note that the bedding is comfortable
The bathroom equipment is a little weak, a little old, but especially the shower cabin is of a quality unworthy of a current hotel room... do not lean on the walls.
The restaurant rooms are very beautiful, decorated in the style of the region in this time of advent. The staff is polite, efficient, but very... too hurried.
Meals included in the formula, on the other hand, will leave you with only one choice for each dish, too bad if you do not like it. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either, without magic... disappointing what. Sufficient starters and dishes, accompanied by a sample of cheese and a dessert that will not conflict with your diet. In short, if you had to choose to come here, avoid the formulas, the à la carte dishes looked more appetizing.
Breakfasts were presented in the form of mini buffet... a little small considering the number of possible guests. The catch: I am a regular in my profession during Campanile stays ( 3* too) where I find more diversity and better quality products.
To finish a few words on the Wellness area. Beautiful swimming pool, small ultra hot sauna, beautiful hammam; the salt cave is more disappointing, it lacks a few things to feel good about. The sensory shower is nice. Too bad this space is small compared to the capacity of the hotel. The 8 poolside deckchairs are very quickly occupied and you could give up quickly.
No false note about the cleanliness of the wellness area.
In conclusion, no disaster, but we experienced other stays in Alsace where the value for money of the whole service was much better.

Horrible and degrading for a pretty corner of Alsace

If you like to share convivial moments, relaxation and rest this is not the right address.
The reception is similar to a customs post in the middle of the Cold War.
The keys will be thrown to you with a bulldog smile (with all the respect I have for his dogs).
You will find the rooms beautiful and modern if your life ended in 1980.
Don’t wait for the waiter or waitress to relax you with a nice smile and in you darlings, the service sucks, we must all ask screaming in the room to attract their attention otherwise they ignore you.
Then, especially, but especially not hanging out in the lobby, the guestapo of the reception does not like company and guests. I waited 2 minutes my friends and she kicked me out because I should not look at her.
Anyway, for me and my friends we left with great spirits and deliverance
