First of all, the check-in process was extremely slow. We had booked a room with either one or two single beds, but they gave us a room with just one bed.
Then, on the third day, when we returned to the hotel at 6 PM, a male receptionist was smoking outside and refused to let us in. When I asked him to open the door, he assumed I didn’t understand French and insulted me with French profanity.
This is truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I will never come back!

We had no problem with the noise compared to other european hotels we’ve stayed at also the receptionist andrew/andre was very nice and accommodating!

Close to the metro and public transportation.
The only thing I would say is that the area is a little bit unpleasant in some aspects.
There are hustlers trying to get me inside strip clubs next door and around the neighborhood. There are several sex-shops so it’s probably not the best for kids.
Also, Pigalle is not the prettiest area.
But it does have several interesting coffee shops, restaurants and bars close by.
But I really have no complaints. I enjoyed my stay. I would come again.
