Best hospitality experience ever—yes, I mean it!
From the moment our car pulled up to the hotel, the team was incredible welcoming and gracious—from the lovely Moroccan gentleman who assisted with our luggage and a fixture of friendly greetings passing throughout the hotel all day and evening, to both teammates at concierge daytime and nighttime assisting with anything we needed or would be helpful. The touch of care and personal service is superb. Thrilled we are staying here another night to experience feeling so at home!
The grounds and hotel are beautiful! Impeccably renovated with such character and charm, timeless finishes and touches, with every detail considered. After checking in the concierge showed us around the hotel with all of the offerings including a relaxing library with board games (break from devices!), lovely year-round outdoor garden area, relaxing spa with sauna and steam room (do not need a service to utilize), and making sure we understood our way around.
Our first evening post-redeye flight had such selecting a dinner cafe a few doors down and wrapping up the evening in the bar with a decaf cappuccino while trying to stay awake. A lovely gentleman waited on my table and turns out it was his first night working—you would have never known, he was very knowledgeable and approachable!
Location is outstanding! Steps from the entrance to the palace. While the concierge is happy to arrange tickets, it’s also easy to stroll over to the ticketing area. We are exploring the palace and grounds today.
(My apologies for not recalling team members names, I blame the post redeye travel and bring a bit foggy-brained!)
Looking forward to the day and evening ahead! Thrilled to have two nights here and could not have selected a better hotel and experience :-)
