The location is very convenient if you want to visit the Beijing Expo Park.
The hotel is new, the rooms are big and new. Hospitality is great (especially Mary).

The hotel is quite new, the staff is kind and room is quite big. It were missing toothbrushes and tissues, and spoon for stir the coffee. Air conditioning was almost ok. In general it was a good stay, at check out they give you a lunch box with some sandwiches, and it was appreciated. There is a small kid area in the coffee room, nice, but it is suggested to provide some toys. The indoor playground nearby ( just behind the hotel ) it was really nice and staff really kind. Recommended!

During the Spring Festival holiday, I specially brought my baby’s family to the Expo to watch the lantern show. Ctrip has set a package, including one night's accommodation, 1 big 1 Xiaotangquan tickets, 2 big 1 small Shiyuan Park tickets. As a result, I found out when I checked in that there were hidden pitfalls in the package. Tangquan’s 1 child can only be a child under 1.1 meters, and a separate ticket is required for children over 1.1 meters. The ticket for Shiyuan Park is for the daytime, excluding evening lanterns (the front desk told us that it would help us upgrade tickets for free to watch lanterns. In fact, after entering the park, no one will clear the venue at 17:00 to drive us out) Hotel The attitude of the waiters is very good, and the room is clean and tidy, but the phone at the front desk can never be connected, I don't know if it is broken or too busy. Our room faces the World Expo, next to the road, the noise is still a bit loud. The temperature of the air conditioner in the house is too high. It is cooler when the air conditioner is turned off and the doors and windows are opened. At noon, we ate Chinese food at the Hyatt next door. In a five-star hotel, the serving speed is extremely slow. The waiters are all standing together and don’t know what to do. The customers can’t see what they need. The service is not as good as Hyatt Place. Hyatt Place needs to cross a road to go to Hyatt and Tangquan, and you can walk there. However, it is very convenient to drive there when it is cold and bring your baby. Parking is free. To go to Tangquan, it is best to stop directly on the ground floor of Tangquan Hotel, and the elevator goes directly upstairs to avoid the baby from catching a cold. The Lantern Festival at the Expo will remain for a long time, and we will come again when the weather warms up. If you bring children to play, the hot spring here is not as good as Xishan Hot Spring, but there are not many things to do.

The environment and sanitation are very good. It is too close to the World Horticultural Exhibition. It is opposite. The free tickets and Tangquan tickets are very good. I forgot to bring my ID card when I went there. The little brother at the front desk also helped to guide the way to the nearby police station to do a temporary one. The scenic spot also helped to contact the reported ID number to enter. The service is great. I will play with my baby when I have time.
