Hotel Association of Nepal and Travel Agent of China meeting was fruitful.
Hotel arrangements were outstanding.
Overall, the hotels service was very good. Food and beverages were delicious.
The room is average, and the bathroom door lock was not working. My feedback for the management is to check your room fixtures.
Thanks for your support during our stay at your hotel. Hope to see you in my next visit next year.

Just not good enough
Check in was so slow. Every guest took about 10-15 mins and it depends on which agent is efficient your queue will move a little faster.
Gave them my address to prepare the bill upon check out. She did it and showed me and it was ok. Upon check out everything was wrong again and after queuing for 15 mins trying to explain to the agent for 10 mins I had to rush off to catch my ride. Very poor training of front office team.
And I spoke the language so it’s not a communications issue.
Room was super hot. It’s season change and their air conditioner was useless. Asked for a fan to basically blow hot air around the room.
Internet was a joke super slow connection.
I’m not sure how they made it as a business hotel with such poor wifi.
Room was dated but the toilet was surprisingly modern with a Japanese bidet toilet.
