There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad.
I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking

Disappointing
Upon arriving it was difficult at best to locate the place. No signs helping you find it. We had to call the owner three times. Finally found it.
The chalet itself is very nice. A typical chalet. However, the restaurant was closed down. The next possibility for a warm meal was about a 10 minute drive away. That meant, for us, putting on all our motorcycle gear again. Not what we wanted after driving all day. We were lucky that the one place that was open offered to make us a cold plate. (Then we didn’t have to drive)
Though I realize the owner of the Chalet cannot control when other businesses are open or not, he should not advertise that there are dinner/breakfast options available.
This and the bad directions are the reasons for the two stars. Otherwise it is a nice quiet place. The beds were comfortable and the room clean.
If you stay here, be sure to bring something to eat.

1) geolocation of our chalet: we send via e-mail and sms the way to get here. You have not opened the e-mails and you have not read our sms. It is not difficult to find our chalet. Here in the valley we only have one road, you can't go wrong.
2) our website chaletdeifiori ch does not talk about restaurant service. We talked about it until 2021 because we managed the chalet Stella alpina restaurant. In our communications via e-mail and sms we wrote that we do not have a restaurant and we would like to point out the other nearby restaurants (3 in the valley and 8 in Airolo).

We loved this place
This is one of those hotel ( B&B) where we would have loved to have stayed longer. We stayed just one night on route to Zermatt.
Chalet dei Fiori is actually a separate building away from main hotel and has low ceiling (1.8m). The room itself was huge with lovely furniture. It reminded us the hobbit’s house in ‘Lord of the Rings’ but larger. The approach to the building is beau...tiful and the surrounding was lovely and quite.
As we are not that tall (5’8” max), the low ceiling didn’t bother us at all. In fact I called it hobbit’s house and my wife was looking forward to staying there.
Although the ceiling was low, the room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, although the shower was small. Only one negative was that the room didn’t have enough lights.
The restaurant and the breakfast room are in the main hotel building short distance away. They provide good and plentiful breakfast. In the restaurant they serve mostly Italian food and if you are thinking to use the restaurant for the evening meal, then be warned about the price for meal and drinks; very expansive and no cheap Pizza. We used the restaurant and it is exceptionally good but expansive.
