Mattress in terrible quality and found Bed bugs, will never come back. Also internet was not available and had to hunt for the information since there is no reception.

Otel Self checkin olarak yapılmış ve ihtiyaç anında hiç kimseyi bulamıyorsunuz. Rezervasyonum sırasında park yeri oldukları gösteriyor fakat oraya vardığınızda hiçbir park yeri yok. Yardımcı olan kimse de yok bir daha asla tercih etmem

I didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.

Horrible, disgusting and dishonest

Horrible and dishonest. Besides being dirty and clearly dubious, this place is the worst I’ve ever paid to sleep in by far. And in the end, I didn’t even sleep there .. apart from the fact that they lie in the parking lot (there are none), they are also mistaken during the Reservation (we are a couple with children, and I had specified on Booking.com): surprise, after recovering the key with a system frankly not in focus, it was a room with a double bed for 2. After spending a very long time on the phone, a woman explains that I should have paid extra for my daughter... and after paying, they sent me an email to say that parking was not available! The woman finds me a so-called solution, which was not a room for three but a new room with a single bed .. at no time did she specify it. This “hotel” is frankly filthy, the result is that we went to sleep at a friend’s house and I will do everything I can to expose them and get my money back. The smell is foul in the common areas and in the rooms, everything is dirty, for the Award, it is simply scandalous. Noise, let’s not talk about it... go your way

Check in easy and room clean. Property quiet and close to transport into old city and airport.
But heating and a number of other things were not working.
Property managers do not reply in app so numerous phone calls were necessary. Was advised things were fixed but they were not.
Frustrating.
