The rooms were clean . The hotel’s location is ideal it has easy access to central Zurich. The Service received was great . The 2 guys who were at the reception whilst I was there were very helpful and friendly. Their names were Aman and Andreas.

After booking I immediately got a message saying the hotel is unavailable and I've been booked at another down the road.
Their parking was full so I spent 20 minutes driving around the area looking for an insecure public space.
Man on reception enjoyed an arguement saying my driving licence isn't valid and is out of date (Swiss driving licences have no expiry). Never ever had an issue using this ID before all over the world, didn't appreciate all this hassle at 11pm.

Hotel was fine for what I was expecting. Man at counter was a bit eccentric and made my girlfriend slightly uncomfortable during conversation. However, as a tourist, I realized I needed a plug adaptor and they sold them in the lobby for 30 swiss francs. He informed me that the grocery store across the street sells them for less than 10 Swiss francs and to try there before spending 30 on the hotels. This was a kind gesture.

In expensive Switzerland standard this was relatively affordable hotel, but you get what you pay for. The rooms include the essentials, such as a bed and a bathroom. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and sound carries easily between rooms. On the first day, my experience was overshadowed by a loud family argument in the neighboring room—you can hear everything. If you're planning to stay here, remember to bring earplugs or consider other options. They use old key with a heavy metal keychain. The people working there seems unhappy and not so friendly or service minded.
