Stunning resort! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely STUNNING!! We honestly didn’t expect it to be so good! Looked at the reviews on google and trip advisor, and was prepared to be disappointed, but honestly i will recommend this resort to everyone, and definitely be back! The rooms are spacious and beautiful, everything is very clean! And the view from the balcony is something else! The team members Mr Ex (manager) and Miss Mam were super helpful and friendly! My favourite hotel through the whole trip!

Disappointing stay

Stayed here from 4-8 February. I have to say I was really disappointed as I felt perhaps the Management let their staff members down. There seemed to be no guidance or direction. The area where breakfast was served was very dirty. No covers over any of the fruit. Maple syrup had flies stuck to it and mushroom soup left uncovered!! The floors were very filthy each morning which makes you think they just weren’t getting washed.
We ate in the main restaurant twice during our stay , and the food was okay, but no atmosphere.
Our room was large, comfortable , but had a view of the unused water park. Such a shame it’s been left derelict,
The young lads that operate the shuttle bus are the hotels selling point. They are such hardworking individuals. They transfer all the luggage down to the long tail boats on check out/ check in days, and always with a smile.
Once down on the beach , it’s stunning . Beware of the shuttle times, as the last one back from town is 21.00, after which there is a small charge.
Would I return - probably not.

Highly Recommended!

Our experience with PP Mountain Beach Resort was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer a free shuttle bus and long tail boats to get around the island. Beautiful location, nice rooms, and a great view! The resort also has a beach with sun beds, which was very pleasant as well! All in all a great experience!

Overall very nice hotel, shuttle service was actually working very smooth. Shuttle service to beach or to town was every hour. We really enjoyed the stay. The only downside is pool area, it’s more water park area than pool relax area.

Very dirty

Hotel full of bedbugs, no light in the rooms, a loathsome manager and staff who reside in the best rooms for guests, run away not booked, this hotel is abandoned, the worst breakfast of our lives, filled with mosquitoes
