It was a very good trip and the last stop of my stay in Turkey. The hotel is rather old but definitely has a 5 star standard, both in terms of customer service and the details of the rooms, I am very glad I booked this hotel.
I was very happy that the hotel staff arranged a taxi and breakfast and wake-up call for me in advance as I was leaving from Ankara airport early the next morning.
The only thing I was confused about was that the hotel was only 500 metres from the airport, but there was a detour of almost 10 kilometres and the taxi ride to the airport was about 100 lira and took 15 minutes. Everything else is fine.✨
这是非常好的一次旅行，也是我在土耳其停留的最后一站。这个酒店虽然说设施比较陈旧了，但是绝对有五星的标准，不管是从客户的服务上，还是从房间的一些细节都能感受得到，我非常庆幸定了这家酒店。
由于第二天一早从安卡拉机场出发，酒店服务人员提前帮我安排好了出租车以及早餐还有叫醒服务，我非常满意。
只是疑惑的是这家酒店明明离机场只有500m，但是却有绕路将近10km，打车到机场100₺左右时长15mins。

Not what I expected. Getting to the property felt quite unsafe. Hotel was quite run fown, not 5 star as advertised.

First of all it was very difficult to find the road that goes to the hotel. The staff was very nice but the condition of the room was terrible. We could not find a way to turn the lights off, so we had to unscrew some of the bulbs... then when we thought the switch finally took care of the last lamp and it went off, a few seconds later it turned into a strobe light and kept flashing on and off until we removed that bulb also. The wood on the molding and door were rotting away from moisture or a leak. There was not a single cup or glass in the entire room. No water in the room and no mini bar. Bed was not comfortable. Wi-fi password did not work at all, so basically there was no wi-fi. I thought I had booked the room for 3 people... they said I didn't, which is possible, so I paid extra for my son to stay there. They took the money, but didn't give us a third towel. Overall, it was disappointing.
