The room however was very stuffy when I first entered and I had to open a window. There was no remote for the air conditioning unit and also none of the tv channels worked so that was redundant. The bed was quite creaky, slightly hard and for some reason the beautiful runner blanket disappeared after the room was serviced the first day. Plus the walls are definitely not soundproof as I heard a woman sneezing and coughing all night one of the nights! So comfort wise not amazing, but it didn't ruin the experience - it's clean and good value for money. The location is lovely as it is quiet but can be a bit daunting finding it at night if you are arriving late.
The staff are extremely welcoming and extra kudos must go to the lady singly serving all the delicious traditional breakfast on the balcony, of which the variety was superb. The view from the breakfast terrace is wonderful as well.
