Very nice rooms

First, I would like to thank Mrs. Dalya for helping us with the Reservation process. From the very first moment, the attention and interest were beautiful and friendly, we were welcomed very well again at the entrance to the hotel, the view was amazing above the room I expected. Thanks

Mirsoum Han Otele 2. Our arrival. We wanted to come back 8 months later as we ⁇ both the hotel and the service when we first arrived and had good memories from Mardin. The hotel is beautiful. The authentic structure was modernized without being disturbed. Extremely comfortable. Like our last arrival, Mr Diyar welcomed us with genuine heart and smile both during our previous phone calls and while we stayed at the hotel. As always, Miss Gülistan welcomed us with laughter and warmth and welcoming South-East people. Mr. Fırat also welcomed us with good conversation, service and sincerity. Unlike our previous arrival, the kitchen is being refurbished, so we were offered to have breakfast at Mirsoum Hotel, the hotel’s other location. We accepted this offer considering that it would be the same quality as breakfast at the Mirsoum Han Hotel. Unfortunately, the Mirsoum Han Hotel breakfasts were never replaced by those curated carefully by Mrs. Gülistan and Mrs. Medine, which cared for both the quality of the product and its flavor, served gracefully and accompanied by Mr. Davut’s conversation. While it seemed visually similar, the products were low quality, the service was low attention, the presentation was far from a quality hotel. It was special that only Mrs. Gülistan came there for us, took care of us, did everything to please us and served coffee on the terrace. What we were upset about when we arrived at the hotel was that Mr. Davut, who gave the hotel a touch of service, Mrs. Medine, who welcomed us with good food and laughter, and Mr. Kubilay, the professional founder of the hotel, left the hotel. It was a privilege to meet these valuable people who worked dedicated but left the hotel, considering the hotel’s winning as Mardin’s winning. I wish guests after us had the soul that these precious people who have so much of the Mardin and the hotel put on the hotel. For me, consistency is the key to quality of service.
Thank you very much to Mrs. Gülistan, Mr. Diyar and Mr. Fırat who welcomed us at the hotel.

Mardin mansions

It is a pleasant, mystical city to stay in the old city part of Mardin. Historical places are like an open-air museum, but we believe that they can be developed more, for example, there are ancient cities that have not been repaired yet. Our hotel, Mirsoum upper branch, is centrally located, the rooms are nice, the staff is also good, friendly and attentive, I recommend it. There is a lack of staff, there are more employees. for required customers.

Beautiful stay at Mirsoum Hotels

You can go with your eyes closed. The atmosphere, the place, the view of Mesopotamia, the breakfast, the rooms. Everything is perfect. The best establishment in Mardin.
The hotel is very well located in the heart of Mardin, you can do everything on foot. The hotel team will do everything to satisfy your stay.
