Amazing

Everything was amazing, razia was a really good attendant, the experience was unforgettable, thanks for all!!
I give 5 star for this excellent hotel, I'll come back for sure whenever I get back to England, thank you very much for everything !!!

Wouldn't recommend.

On arrival we were greeted by no one at reception, when someone did pop their head around we asked about parking to be told there was non apart from a 20 minute drive away, and when asked if we could use the toilet we were told we needed a key card, we said we were there to check in and still we were refused, she was quite rude, I did look for a name but she didn't have a badge so unfortunately I can't name the lady but some customer service training wouldn't go a miss. We found parking 8 minutes away and returned. Room was clean but no towels so had to ask for them, we weren't asked if we had stayed here before or offered breakfast in the morning. Wouldn't stay again.

Consistent quality at a sensible price

I'm here every couple of weeks. Always consistent with good service delivery. Rooms always clean and tidy. Nice bar area. Always pleased to see the same staff and not new people all the time. Shout out to Anwar who always does his best to ensure everyone is looked after. Better than some staff in so called better quality hotels.
Hotel has the latest Travelodge decor and Superrooms which I like. I find them more comfortable with better showers than the likes of Holiday Inn Express even if they don't look as posh.
If you haven't been to a modern Travelodge I recommend you give them a try.

*****Superb Customer Service***** from Shah from the prompt and fast check-in when I arrived after midnight. His attention to detail was fantastic and nothing was too much to ask. Shah, is a fantastic ambassador for Travelodge. Thank you very much for the perfect night’s sleep in a lovely quiet room. The hotel is in a great location near the City Centre. I will definitely be re-booking very soon.

Good stay

good comfy bed shower has good water pressure, gets nice and hot, the view we had in 216 was good unlike some others where your view is a brick wall, Anhar was very helpful, any questions he would have an answer. Very polite man. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
