Fantastic hotel and super staff

Great structure, unique furnishings, magical atmosphere and very welcoming and professional staff. The lobby is amazing, you would spend hours seeing the details and peculiarities. Many thanks to all the staff Nicoletta, Tatania, Uzman George, Zoltan, Jiyang, Jonathan who also allowed me to overcome some difficulties with my English. Breakfast really high quality and super comfortable bed.

È gratificante sapere che la nostra lobby, rinnovata nel 2020, sia stata una fonte di stupore e che la colazione continentale compresa nel prezzo abbia incontrato il suo favore. Siamo altresì felici che abbia trovato i nostri letti Ibis Sweet Bed tanto confortevoli, garantendo un riposo eccellente.

Wonderful location with an adorable room. I also bought a some food for a pack lunch for a tour the next day but there wasn’t a fridge and the staff was super helpful by keeping the food in a fridge until the morning for me.

It’s a comfortable hotel although room is a bit small. We spent a wonderful live music moment at night. So lovely.

Such a brilliant stay, members of staff were incredibly helpful & knowledgable.
The room was incredibly clean & was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay whilst in Scotland.

Great hotel! Will definitely stay here again if we go back. Stylish and fresh, remarkably good service and nice bar/lobby. Also excellent breakfast. Near to everything in the town. 10 out of 10 from us!
