Amazing Cheval!

As good as the Cheval Harrington Court, although I feel like the location of the Harrington is slightly more convenient. The room is clean, modern and well equipped. I feel like the hotel is slightly under staffed as everyone seems very busy at all times. In summary, we had a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Jason and Daniel for making our stay so at home.

Regarding the team being busy, this is due to the apartments being at high occupancy. A Perfect Family Stay at Cheval Knightsbridge

Staying at Cheval Knightsbridge with my kids was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. The two-bedroom apartment was not only beautiful and spacious, but it truly felt like a home away from home.
We were welcomed with fridge stocked food, drinks, biscuits, and all the little things we might need — such a thoughtful gesture, especially when traveling with children. The entire team was incredibly kind and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable.
A special thank you to Ridha for his warmth and attentiveness — he made us feel truly cared for. And a big shoutout to the housekeeping team who kept everything clean and fresh every day — they were fantastic.
If you’re traveling with family and want comfort, space, and genuine hospitality, I highly recommend Cheval Knightsbridge. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Home away from home experience in trendy Knightsbridge

We stayed in Cheval's 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse style flat in Knightsbridge. We like the AirBnB/VRBO experience, because it provides common spaces like kitchens, dining rooms and living rooms where we can connect outside of our rooms. We also enjoy learning the neighborhood to pickup groceries and occasionally cook our own meal(s). It can be difficult to find a 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom option. The Cheval Knightsbridge had everything we needed, plus there is a concierge type service that provides many of the amenities you find at a hotel - the best of both, really. Highly recommend considering Cheval. They also have one and two bedroom "apartments." Fantastic experience.

Great location

The knightsbridge Cheval lived up to its name with a quality apartment in a prime location.
Some fantastic shops near by like Harrods & The Mantl restaurant is stand out just minutes away. I visited with family for a special occasion and it was a slick check in with friendly welcoming staff.
I recommend this serviced apartment.

Pay GBP 400 per night for a low cost user experience

Good appartment in a good place but low-cost customer experience at a premium price. Long wait at 7pm in an empty reception until some client was shown to his room and checked in. Then a little note mentioning that at 10am I'd be visited by the window cleaner, as it happened. Not sure why they don't use the time window between check in and check out (11am to 4pm) for these things. All this flexibility that they wanted for them became lack of flexibility for me. Check out is at 11am, and at 11.07 I had someone ringing at my door, to graciously give me an extra 15 minutes so that I could finish a conference call that was running over. 15 minutes later, sharp, the same person was there to remind me that my extra time had passed. I gave him the keys in the corridor and walked away, never to return. This is a GBP 400+ per night experience.
