Comfortable stay
Booked an over night stay with 18 nights parking package at an excellent rate, the car stays where you park it so reassuring that it’s not being taken to a field somewhere.
Food & drinks in the bar were good at a price you would expect.
Huge bed which was comfortable, giving a good nights sleep, friendly staff.
Only down side is the shuttle bus seems to be every hour, we booked a taxi through the hotel and picked one up at the airport on our return, shuttle is £6:80 per person one way our return taxi cost £17 not worth waiting for the bus.
We would use this hotel again

Good night's sleep before our flight
We checked into the sheraton before flying on to Japan, the hotel was very clean, the staff helpfull and the bed comfy, great online price too, perfect for what we wanted, I'd stay again when flying from Heathrow as it only a short drive from the long stay carparks.

Great Steak Restaurant but Needs Modernization
I stayed at the Sheraton for 2 nights around Mar 30-31. The front desk staff clerk was excellent. He showed great empathy to me as a weary traveler and offered a close room. This was very comforting and helpful. (Indian man, 30s, sorry did not get name. My room on the first floor seems to be adjacent to the indoor pool, yet is was quiet and cozy. The carpet was in dire need of replacement as was everything else. I got to the hotel be taking the Elizabeth tube line to Heathrow, got off at T3, then easily took the #4 bus from the Heathrow station which dropped me off across the street from the hotel. The walk was slightly worrisome for a 60+ woman as I had to cross 4 lanes of traffic at dark. I had dinner both nights at Cast Iron. The staff (Vincy) allowed me to comfortably lean on the plush pillows while I worked through dinner. It was nice for a business traveler. I found the breakfast buffet to be hectic with many people from around the world using the airport. Just did not feel it was that sanitary and very spread out.

Warm welcome at reception.

Breakfast was average, not everything was hot as it should have been but they did cook me poached eggs which was good.
